2) Make a reality check on your handbag. The best cleaning results
are
achieved on light-to-moderate soil. Not to insult your fine
sensibilities, but if the bag arrives in terrible condition (aka
- trashed), we'll do our best - but it's also possible
we might concede defeat before even beginning. Heavy soil and
some stains may not be removed entirely. If we believe the handbag
is beyond restoration, we will advise you and return the bag
without beginning work on it.
3) Most handbag manufacturers don't provide product cleaning
instructions.
It's not something they consider in the manufacturing process.
Our handbag "spa treatment" can provide excellent
results but we want to set your expectations appropriately. After
we see your bag, we will speak to you about the results we expect
to achieve. Because the success of the process is subjective,
we will ask you to sign a customer release to ensure that you're
fully informed and that the results are subjective.
