Every order is picked up under
the supervision of an Arrow Fire and Water project manager. All
items are loaded into a clearly-marked Arrow truck for transportation
to the processing plant. On-site secured storage is part of each
customer order. Typically, a customer will have all their items
returned in 90 to 120 days or much sooner depending on the severity
of the damage to the home. Certain seasonal changes may require
that some items are called out early (such as coats and sweaters).
Arrow will accommodate each request in as timely a fashion as
possible and will deliver the entire order as soon as the customer
is ready.
