Arrow offers FREE PICK UP & DELIVERY services in many parts of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Your route driver will pick up on one day and return your items on the next route day in your area. For example, if your pick up day is Monday, your delivery & next pickup day will be Thursday. Of course, some specialty cleaning items or services will take a few days longer. You do not have to have a regular weekly pick up day specified. You can simply call us and we will pick up your order on the next regular pick up day in your area. It is not necessary for you to be home on your pick up day. Simply leave your garments in a secure place (like a porch, garage, etc.). Please describe your pick-up location on the New Account Application form. For example, many customers give us their garage key-pad opener code.
